A quick bit of self-promotion, which I rarely do but felt like this was a worthy time to break that trend.

Patrick Wang is one of the most fascinating and important filmmakers of the 21st century, and I was able to sing his praises once again on the occasion of his work being screened in the U.K. for the first time. This is probably the third or fourth time I’ve been given such an opportunity, and his films still surprise me with their epic intimacy.
